Weight Room Schedules
Interested in using the AQ weight room? Below is the schedule for all off-season weight room and speed training activities:
Speed Training for Athletes
Every Monday & Wednesday
3:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
All student athletes are welcome
4:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Baseball Program
Boys Lacrosse Program
Anyone can train in any speed training time slot. We ask them to train with their group when ever possible.
Female Athlete's Training Program
Every Tuesday & Thursday
3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Girls Softball Program
Girls Soccer Program
Girls Lacrosses Program
