Aquinas Institute Cafeteria and Snack Bar Charges Policy
Aquinas Institute will permit an enrolled student with a valid student ID to purchase food and beverage from the school cafeteria or snack bar even if the purchase puts the student’s account into a negative or balance due status. It will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian to reimburse the school for all charges. A letter and/or email will be sent home each month informing parents/guardians of any balance due. We do not believe that a child enrolled at Aquinas should go hungry and we will not cap this expense. At the end of the school year, any balance due for cafeteria or snack bar charges must be paid in full in order to graduate, receive grades/schedule, or transfer records.
