Students Attend 32nd Annual Leadership Conference

Nearly two dozen sophomores, juniors, and seniors, who participate in Aquinas’ Student Council, attended the 32nd Annual New York State Council on Leadership and Student Activities Conference in Lake Placid.

Over the course of two days, Aquinas students engaged with their peers from across the state to network, share tools for combating issues facing today’s teenagers; and share ideas for fundraising, team building, and community service projects.

The New York State Council on Leadership and Student Activities (NYS CLSA) was created to help develop leadership skills in high school and middle school students with an emphasis on civic awareness, team building, and goal setting.
