Walk the Wave

Aquinas students participate in teen fashion show
Earlier this month, AQ students Samiyah Johnson, N’yah Coley, A’sana Hicks, Zoe McFadden, Arianna Sciacca, and Kirnice Scott participated in a teen fashion show titled “Walk The Wave,” held by local non-profit, In-Control, and sponsored by the City of Rochester.

In-Control is an inner-city program that mentors and develops the minds and spirits of young adults. Each year, the program organizes a themed fashion show to discover new-age talent. The theme of this year’s fashion show was “Four Seasons,” which local designers from David’s Bridal to Nathaniel’s Originals, created fresh, new pieces for that compliment summer, winter, spring and fall.

Congratulations to these young ladies, who walked the runway for a great cause, and did so confidently in a sold out venue!
