Have a Heart Collection Benefits St. Joseph's Neighborhood Center

Throughout the month of February, Aquinas students involved in the school’s Sisters of Saint Joseph Women’s Leadership program ran the “Have a Heart” collection, which accepts an array of personal hygiene items as well as kitchen, office and cleaning supplies for the St. Joseph’s Neighborhood Center.

Located on South Ave. in Rochester, the St. Joseph's Neighborhood Center provides comprehensive physical and mental health services to uninsured and under-insured people in and around Rochester, New York. It is rooted in the caring tradition of the Sisters of St. Joseph.

Sr. Elaine Englert, SSJ, who runs the Women’s Leadership Program at Aquinas extends her gratitude to those who donated items for their “kindness and generous spirit for the Neighborhood Center.”
