Students participate in High School Day event at University of Rochester
Twenty-five students enrolled in Aquinas’ dance program attended the 10th annual inspireDance Festival High School Day at the University of Rochester on Tuesday, February 25th.
Students had the opportunity to take classes in West African, Ballet, Contemporary, Yoga, Dance Improvisation, Dance Performance, and Belly Dance.
Participation in the inspireDANCE Festival allows student dancers to connect with one another, and with the larger dance community in the Rochester area. The festival is another opportunity to broaden student perspectives in dance, and to take classes and interact with faculty and professional dancers and choreographers, on the University of Rochester campus.
