Aquinas Represented at Teacher/Student Art Exhibition

Shared Spaces, May 31–June 14 at Nazareth Arts Center Gallery
Aquinas senior Julia Pham '19 and art teacher Lorin Easton are participating in the Shared Spaces Exhibit at Nazareth College, running from May 31 – June 14.

Shared Spaces is an annual high school art show that invites teachers to submit one piece of work created within the last three years and select one student to show their work with.

Julia chose to exhibit her monochrome black-and-white shot of Niagara Falls, which inspired by a class unit on Ansel Adams - an American landscape photographer and environmentalist known for his black-and-white images of the American West.

Mrs. Easton created a digital collage of flowers that she displays in geometric shapes. The photos are from her mother's garden and the Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens in Pittsburgh, PA.

Admission to the gallery is free. For more information including gallery hours, please visit https://www2.naz.edu/events/3101/shared-spaces/.
