As an alumnus of Aquinas, I take immense pride in our institution's enduring commitment to academic and athletic excellence. Throughout its storied history, Aquinas has maintained a steadfast belief in the importance of a comprehensive athletic program as a vital component of our educational mission.
Our athletics program at Aquinas is dedicated to creating a safe, enjoyable, and supportive environment where our student-athletes can cultivate valuable traits such as character, integrity, loyalty, teamwork, and sportsmanship. We are proud to note that a significant number of our students actively participate in athletics and extracurricular activities.
Our coaches, who are among the finest in their fields, not only impart athletic skills but also instill values that promote lifelong fitness and a commitment to a healthy, drug-free lifestyle. We strive to ensure that our athletics program reflects our school motto, "Teach me goodness, discipline, and knowledge."

Athletic Teams
Aquinas offers a variety of athletic teams from the modified to varsity level. Please see our complete list of Aquinas Athletic Teams below, along with sport start dates. Modified teams may choose to begin practicing at a later date than JV/Varsity. If you have any questions, please reach out to the Athletic Office. Aquinas 6th grade students have the opportunity to participate in CYO sports programs, as well as intramural programs. Please note: New York State law does not allow for 6th grade students to play modified sports.
