Please complete the form below. Each ticket price includes admission for one adult and one child. If you need to add additional children to either dance, a discounted add-on option is available below. The deadline to purchase tickets is Thursday, January 15.

Please note that all sales are final, and NO REFUNDS will be issued. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
