An Evening of Fine Art

Dancers, both present and former perform

January 10^th was a magical evening for the Fine Arts Department. This year’s January Dance Concert not only celebrated the original work of the students, but 12-year Aquinas Dance teacher Ms. Donna Brett. Ms. Brett is stepping down from teaching at the end of the month to pursue other interests, and her students, both present and former, could not let her leave without a special token of their appreciation. The 45-member group performed an original piece choreographed by Alexandria Alletto ‘13 to “Born to Run” by Bruce Springsteen. Congratulations to the AQ Dancers on a wonderful show, as well as to Ms. Brett on a great career.
